Mariners Place Townhomes’ principal data route infrastructure has been upgraded with 100% digital state-of-the-art technology. The new bulk fiber-optic network features symmetrical internet bandwidth with download and upload speeds up to 300 Mbps. The upgrade also includes digital television for ultra-high definition (UHD) 4K picture quality paired with rich, detailed sound. What this means is that residents no longer have to pay excessive monthly fees for television and internet services. Mariners Place Townhomes’ lightning-quick internet, HBO original series, sports and comedy specials, and hit movies are all part of the bulk service agreement included with our maintenance fees. Mariners Place Townhomes’ residents are pleased with this amenity.
